2018, the review [part IV]

22 January 2019

Following the integration of the Plural group of companies, in 2018 we stepped up our activity in the fields of urban and regional planning.

In São Tomé e Príncipe, the preparation of the National Land Use Plan is proceeding at a good pace.

In Portugal, we carried out the preparation of several Detailed Plans, with the completion and approval of the Expansion of the Penamacor Industrial Zone in Castelo Branco, and the development of the Senhor Roubado Transport Interface in Odivelas and the East Mitrena area in Setúbal. We also began the Municipal Master Plans of Alcochete and Mação.

In Mozambique, under the PLATIP - Pemba Project, co-financed by the European Union, we have completed the Integrated Local Development Plan for the Josina Machel community (a tribute to the FRELIMO militant, a symbol of the women’s emancipation in Mozambique).
