A new modern housing building will be born, near the Public Library, in Rua Madame Brouillard.
In will take place of the former Cooperative Cellar of Vila Real. The building will have 47 apartments and two shops. Promoted by Construções Quintelas, the architecture was developed by Paulo Gomes. NRV is responsible for the engineering licensing design.
