Back to the airports

11 July 2017

Last June, we returned to Humberto Delgado Airport, in Lisbon, for the Construction Supervision of the “Rehabilitation of TWY S02, construction of the new TWY S04 and rehabilitation of the existing one – Engineering Construction, Light Signalling, Command and Control”.

As the airport traffic increases, safety, quality and service level must be ensured. That is why ANA (company responsible for managing portuguese airports) is rehabilitating these Taxiways (TWY, which are the paths for aircrafts), to restore pavement structural conditions, improve capacity and safety conditions.

The rehabilitation works, in which NRV | Norvia will be responsible for the supervision, includes the technical support – particularly in terms of layout, demolition and replacement of pavements, earthworks, signalling, infrastructures and reinforcement and/or rehabilitation of rainwater and waste water drainage networks.
