This time we start up the year travelling to Abidjan. With 4.7 million inhabitants, it is the economic capital of Ivory Coast and one of the most populous cities in Africa.
That's where we have news – it's our first contract in this country, for the design review of an office building. CICO is the client, one of the main local construction companies. Africare Building has four floors above ground, one with shops and restaurants and three reserved to offices. It also has an underground parking area.
There is already a preliminary design: the goal is to optimize and detail it. NRV | Norvia is responsible for the engineering studies and Central Arquitectos for the architecture.
