It all started when she sponsored a child in Mozambique through HELPO - an NGO that provides support and humanitarian aid in various parts of the world. After the sponsorship, came the construction of a school in Teacane: she helped to collect the necessary donations.
Now, again with the NGO, she wants to give another school to the country. With Ana Borges and Lina Gomes, Paula started the movement Help me Build a School in Mozambique.
They have held several events - like an exhibition of the photographs that Ana Borges, photographer, took there. The goal is to raise 30 thousand euros - when NRV met with the team, they had raised more than 3 thousand. We wanted to join the initiative and we decided to double the amount already achieved.
But more than contributing, we also want to share the good idea. We can all help.
