NRV | Norvia was at the Fifth Technical Talks, organized by CEPSA - with the collaboration of the Portuguese Road Centre.
The Spanish multinational, that began its journey in the country in the 1960s in asphalt products, invited representatives from various areas: construction and consulting companies and also universities.
NRV | Norvia was invited to make a presentation: we addressed the future of road conservation. This is an area we have been working on in recent years – both in and out of Portugal. We have also been pioneers in the consultancy services for the development of output and performance-based road contracts, proposed by the World Bank.
