Second of 18 bridges, in Senegal, is now in service

10 July 2020

The contract for the construction of 18 bridges in Senegal continues at a good pace, even taking into account the current pandemic restraints.

NRV’s team continues to provide design review and construction supervision services, in a great effort to coordinate the teams in telework with the teams that monitor the works on site.

The Saint Lazare bridge is now open: an urban viaduct with a four-lane deck about 200 m long and access roads over 250 m long. It is a heavily urbanized and congested area in which this new work is born: with a total of 450 m of length, the bridge allows the local circulation on the surface, ensuring transit traffic at a higher level.
