Herdade da Alápega with a total area of 713 hectares, is located close to Pego do Altar dam, at a 15 minutes distance from the city of Alcácer do Sal, in the road to Montemor-o-Novo.
The project of Alápega consists of 2 hotels (with 50 and 120 rooms, each), 10 touristic villages (with 710 accomodation units), a 18-hole golf course and golf club, a health and well-being centre, an equestrian centre, an agricultural centre, a nautical centre and a commercial and restaurant centre.
Site analysis, local architects to WATG, preparation and submission of the process for planning licensing, follow-up until the approval licensing process was completed.
