Overhaul of the detailed design for a road concession with an extension of 111.3 km, including requalification and upgrade of EN125 and IC4, and construction of the new bypasses for Lagos, Troto and Faro. The requalification and ugrade sections correspond to an extension of 104 km. Sections of new construction with an extension of 6 km. The scope also included the requalification of 193 hydraulic crossings.
Detailed design, including geometry, drainage, pavement, signalling and lighting. The scope included also the environmental and socio-economical evaluation.
