The Provincial Hospital of Cabinda, is an equipment dedicated to public health, built in colonial times, with the oldest zone with about 55 years. The present intervention aims to rehabilitate the emergency department with a new operating theater and to expand the existing building with the construction of two adjacent floors, intended for patient screening and blood service.
