Urban and Regional planning

In the development and assessment of this Plan, the contents of which are in line with the investment development and investment objectives recommended by the Municipalities of Cuba and Portel, several entities were involved, with the Alentejo Regional Comission and the Tourism Institute of Portugal taking a leading role.
The Plan was presented at the first Alentejo Tourism Congress, held in Beja in 2010.
The project includes one 18-hole golf course, a Clubhouse, a 5-star hotel, a 5-star boutique hotel with 50 rooms, tourist villages of 4 or 5 stars, an equestrian centre, a nautical centre, and agricultural and forestry support facilities.

Provided services

Complete preparation, presentation, and final version of the Detailed Plan (with the exception of golf and infrastructure design), follow-up until approval and planning permission.
