Urbanization with an area of 102 ha, within the reserve land of Huíla provincial government, in order to create a new living area near Chibia city. It is expected the construction of 3.285 houses (villhas and appartments), 4 kindergartens, 8 preschools, 3 primary schools, 2 secondary schools and 1 health care center.
