DETAILED PLAN OF THE SURROUNDINGS OF SENHOR ROUBADO INTERFACE

The Detailed Plan goals are:
a) Urban and environmental qualification of an area with high environmental sensitivity;
b) Morphological integration of adjacent urban areas;
c) Minimizing the barrier effects of road links in the regional network and the local network.
The area of ​​intervention of 'Senhor do Roubado' Interface Detail Plan corresponds to the entire SubUOPG 04 area of ​​the PDM of Odivelas, delimited in the Scheme Director of UOPG 03 - Odivelas Regional Road Node and according to the study developed for the respective management unit. It is an area with a transport interface of great importance, on the outskirts of Lisbon, which includes a metro station, a bus terminal and large car parking areas. The Plan proposes the creation of a parking silo and a large commercial area, as well as the demolition of degraded buildings.
Considering the characteristics of Sub-UOPG 04's territory, its location has a great dynamic of circulation, with a large area still to be consolidated, it is important to ensure that it results in a space with a positive impact and qualifies this territory.
