ESTORIL RACING CIRCUIT - TRACK REPAIR

The Estoril Racing cricuit is located in the municipality of Cascais - a municipality around Lisbon. It was built in 1972 and during 13 editions (from 1984 to 1996), it hosted the Formula 1 Portuguese Grand Prix. The track has a length of 4,183 m and a width of 10 to 18 m.

The contract included the paving study within the scope of the Track, Variant and Access to Boxes repaving detailed design. For this, the pavement structural evaluation was performed with Impact Deflectometer (FWD) and the pavement functional evaluation - longitudinal irregularity and macrotexture. In addition to the pavement improvement also were made  geometry corrections and punctual repairs to the drainage system, safety equipment and correctors.
