The project is a five star hotel, with 300 rooms, and includes Guestrooms (Guest rooms, Deluxe suites, Premium suites, Presidential suite); Function areas (Ballroom, Pre function areas, Meeting rooms/ banquet halls, Business centre); Hotel Public Areas (Lobby, lounge, reception, All day dining, 2 specialty restaurants, Bar; Business centre); Health Club and Spa (Treatment rooms, Gymnasio, Swimming pool); Parking; Outdoor areas (Swimming pool, Terraces); and Hotel Villas.
Participation in masterplanning and schematic design, overall responsibility for design development.
