Urbanistic allotment operation dans le IMOLAP enterprise, with an area of 84 ha and a total construction area above groud of 1.000.000 m2, inserted in the ‘Lar do Patriota’ urbanization. The project is scaled to about 30.000 people in houses propriately equipped with services, shops and public facilities.
