MAPUTO WATER SUPPLY

Rehabilitation and extension of the Maputo Water Supply Network with the aim of increasing drinking water production, reducing unaccounted for water and extending services to peri-urban areas. The project included the following tasks:

• W02 –  Chamanculo to Benfica main (9km of DCI 350mm to 900mm), Maxaquene and Alto Maé network rehabilitation, reinforcement and extension (60km of uPVC/DCI 100mm to 400mm) - Supervision;
• W03 – Machava and Matola rehabilitation, reinforcement and extension (120km uPVC/DCI 75mm to 400mm) – Supervision;
• W05 – Rehabilitation of 3 DC (Chamanculo, Alto Maé and Matola)  – Design (Alto Maé) and Supervision;
• W06 – Construction of the Intaka Distribution Centre – Design and Supervision.
