OPORTO AIRPORT - REHABILITATION OF RUNWAY 17-35

Francisco Sá Carneiro Aiport is located in the second main city of Portugal - Oporto - and guaranteed, in 2017, a movement of 10.8 million passengers.

The project focused on the pavement rehabilitation of runway17-35, a paved runway with 3,480m long and 55m width. The project consisted in the repair of transverse cracks and depression along the light signaling of Runway centerline; surface and deep repair of patches / technical cuts of Runway for elimination of ripple, disintegration and cracking; crack sealing along the runway; integral painting of the horizontal signaling of the Runway (with shot blasting of the existing paintings).
