The project includes an 18-hole golf course, a Clubhouse, a 5-star boutique hotel with 50 rooms, five tourist villages of 4 or 5 stars, with a total of 70,000 m2 of construction, a Vineyard, a Cellar. The small chapel of St. Barnabas, which is attributed to the year 1810, will be restored.
