The Palmarejo Grande allotment, in Praia, has a total area of 54ha and about 3.100 houses (villas and appartments), 1.120 portions for trade and services, in a total of 370 lots of land, and a green area with about 5,8 ha, for a total of 12.000 estimated inhabitants. The infrastructures includes road network in bituminous concrete (105.346m²), walks in blocks pavet type (32.000m²), public parking, water supply network (8,5km in HDPE), wastewater network (11,3km in HDPE), rainwater drainage network (4,8km in HDPE), power network (33,9km of cables) with the construction of 4 transformer station, public lighting and telecommunications network.
