PRINCIPAL DAM & NETWORK SUPPLY

Gravity dam in mortar bonded stone for water retention to supply agriculture watering. Crown open to traffic. Faveta dam characteristics:

• Maximum height above foundations of 42,8 m and crown with total length of 54 m;
• Bleeder sized for a maximum flow of 200,0 m3/s, consisting of a single free discharger (type Creager) by the discharge channel on the badges below the dam, ending a ski jumping hill;
• Bottom discharge (Ø400 mm) inserted in the dam body and sized for a maximum flow of 0,98 m3/s;
• Water supply for irrigation (Ø400 mm) in the upstream face of the dam.
