"The Quinta da Gaivosa Winery hides, like a black bottle, the treasure of Alves de Sousa Wines". The building includes reception, mills, inoxs, laboratory and bottling. The barrels are located in dark rooms below ground. In schist floors, the shop and tasting room gives access to the panoramic terrace.
Architecture and detailed design of engineering specialties. Support services: Geologic-Geotechnic study. Architecture: Belém Lima Arquitectos (work named for the Mies Van der Rohe prize, of the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture).
