The 110-hectare site is located at Wako Kungo, South Kwanza Province, about 400 km from Luanda, in Angola. This development will provide housing, commerce, services and basic collective facilities in one of the fastest growing areas of Angola.
The Wako Kungo Urban Plan was contracted with the aim of developing the Land Reserve according to the existing urban planning regulations. The Plan proposes the creation of an autonomous urban center, supported by a global infrastructure network and complete with all kinds of facilities, public services and commercial uses, that will provide the distribution of services in a diverse and integrated urban environment.
Complete preparation, presentation, amendment and final version of the Urban Plan (with the exception of infrastructure design).
