Construction and rehabilitaton of water supply network with aproximatly 350 km of pipes and increase of water production to 240.000 m3/day, contributing to a population growth to 1.500.000 people in 2014. Water treatment station capacity increase from 96.000 m3/day to 240.000 m3/day. The project has three main components: the increasing production of water and transmission capacity; unaccounted water reduction and rehabilitation, reinforcement and extension of distribution network; and water supply for peri-urban areas.
