Housing area (217 lots): 1-story villas with 3 bedrooms (57 lots) and 4 bedrooms (109 lots), and 2-story villas with 5 bedrooms (51 lots).

Licensing and detail design of building: foundations and structures, hydraulic facilities, electrical and telecommunications facilities (ITED), mechanical installations and HVAC and Fire Safety.
