Lisbon Airport, designated International Airport Humberto Delgado (ICAO code: LPPT), located in Lisbon, capital of Portugal, is the largest Portuguese airport. Having registered in 2017 the annual movement of about 26.7 million passengers. The airport is served by two runways, the 03/21, 3805 m long, and the 17/35, 2400 m long, both asphalted and 45 m wide. It has two civil terminals (T1 and T2) and a military terminal, known as Figo Maduro Airport.

Construction contract consists on the creation of multiple entries on 03-21 runway, including the rehabilitation of Taxiway U01, lightning system and its control, which includes electrical installations of medium and low voltage, industrial automation and optical fibre networks. The contract includes the construction of two parallel taxiways that are perpendicular to the axis of the 03-21 runway (M05 E1 and M05 E2), replacing the current angular entries. Also includes the rehabilitation of the U01 taxiway that connects the new access to the runway.
